Soccer Shots is a program offered to children 2-8 that meets once a week to introduce your child to soccer! Our Soccer Shots instructors are energetic and
enthusiastic, are great teachers, and love working with children. We not only teach soccer skills, but also work on improving balance, coordination, and agility with
the kids. Soccer Shots also uses the sessions to teach children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing and respect.

Class descriptions:

MINI
2 to 3 year olds
Soccer Shots Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling, and the basic rules of the
game. Through fun games, songs, and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.

CLASSIC
3 to 5 year olds (Pre-K)
For nearly 15 years, Soccer Shots has been introducing soccer exclusively to children ages 3 to 5. Using creative and imaginative games, weekly sessions focus
on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation.
Soccer Shots will expose your child to the fun of soccer and provide the foundation needed to get started in the sport.

PREMIER
5 to 8 year olds (K-2nd)
This program is for children who are new to soccer or who want to build upon what they have learned in Soccer Shots Classic. Focusing on individual skill, fitness,
and sportsmanship, each session provides an opportunity for kids to be challenged through fun games and team competitions. Children will also be introduced to
tactical elements of the game as they prepare to play on competitive teams.

Hello movie lovers!
Did you know that there are great bargains at a few local theaters?
Farmingdale Multiplex offers $7 movies (on any except 3D) on Tuesdays and Levittown Loews has $6 movies for movies shown before noon!

Do you miss going to the movies?
Well you can sign up to be on the movie list by sending in the requested information and a $3 fee.

Movies will be scheduled only about 1 week in advance to ensure that the movie title and times are accurate.  They will be either on a Tuesday
evening around 7:30p or at the Levittown Loews on a weekday starting by 11:30am.  We are always looking for hostesses, and hope to have at least
one movie date a month. If you are interested please contact the social planning committee chairs.  A few other theaters have deals, but often limit
the titles that are applicable.  As a hostess, you can choose another theater as long as you ensure the movie is one of the discounted ones.

Please send the following information along with your $3 to the center: NAME, EMAIL, CELL PHONE, HOME PHONE
