Come learn how to prepare a healthful meal and then enjoy the food that we prepare for lunch!

Chef: Daniela Elefteriadis, Holistic Health Counselor

There will be a maximum of 13 people for this event due to space limitation, so make sure to RSVP early so we can shop for the ingredients.
All food prepared will be gluten and dairy free.
Unfortunately, childcare will not be available for this event.

Cost is TBD, but will be a max of $20 pp which will include lunch
